Pond Plants Delivery Information from Wetland Plants
We use recognised carriers, The Royal Mail and Parcelforce services. Once parcels are dispatched from us you will receive full tracking information to your mobile/email.
Costs are shown and calculated on the basket page. We are sorry that we have to charge extra for certain regions in the UK but these charges simply reflect what we have to pay.
Please check that you have entered the correct address including the property name and number, the street name, the post code and the geographical area. Delivery may be delayed or fail if these are not correct.
If you have a “safe Space” that we are able to give to the courier it is very helpful to aid speedy delivery. You can give us this information in the “customer notes” and we will ensure these details are passed onto the courier.
Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and small postal orders Friday mornings. We do not ship over the weekend due to the product being live plants. We aim to have all orders received by 12pm on a Thursday shipped the same week for a next day delivery.
During the winter months between October and February our shipping days are a Monday Wednesday and Thursdays.
We are working hard to send deliveries as soon as we can.
If you have a large project and require a pallet delivery this can also be accommodated for a planting date of your choice please contact us for further details.

For orders over £60.00 P&P is free
Orders less than £60.00 P&P is £6.98
Post and Packing Charges To Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight: (Please note orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only due to 2 day shipping for these regions. We do not want to see your plants being held over the weekend)
For orders over £60.00 P&P is £5.00
Orders less than £60.00 P&P is £11.90
Orders less than £12.00 P&P is £6.98
Winter Deliveries:
Please be aware that over the winter period we may need to delay sending orders due to snow or freezing conditions. We will contact affected customers and send orders as soon as conditions allow.
