Nymphaea ‘ Lucida ‘ flower petal colour  inner petals are red outer petals whitish pink .Flower shape is star ,fragrance  slight if any .  Very free flowering

:  Flower size  13 – 15 cm ( 5 – 6 inches ) number of petals 18 – 20

:  Leaf colour  the top leaves are green with a scattering of large mottles and blotches ,underside leaf purple brown .Leaf a little longer than wide  , sinus open .Stem dolour greenish bronze stripped purple

:  Leaf size  25 x 23 cm  ( 10 x 9 inches )

:  Leaf  spread  1.2 – 1.5 m ( 4 – 5 feet ) when mature

:  Nymphaea ‘ Lucida ‘ has very attractive leaves and beautiful flowers colour ,Very free flowering ,recommended for any size pond

:  Planting depth  30 – 60 cm ( 12 – 24 inches ) from soil level

• Water lilies are heavy feeders and benefit from a slow release fertilizer specially prepared for aquatic plants such as Growth Balls which can simply be pushed into the soil.
